- Membership is compulsory and pre-registration for each meeting is mandatory.
- Delegates must carry their business cards and the Company profiles.
- Delegates will deal with their own risk and responsibilities with other delegates & commercial terms to be decided by their own responsibilities and risks.
- The Association / Chamber is providing platform to bring together the potential entrepreneurs for introduction & networking.
- The Association / Chamber will not be responsible for any loss or damages or fake business deals during these kinds of activities in any way.
- The additional service charges will be applicable for any business advisory services or assistance provided for business growth & expansion.
- The issues and grievances will be resolved by the Association / Chamber and if external services rendered to the members, the commercial terms will be applicable and it will depend on case-to-case basis.
- The Association / Chamber is not charging any commission for generation of leads, referrals and business connects for supply & procurement.
- The Members can avail support services for Channelising finance, investment, financial services, support for resolving banking issues and grievances and the commercial terms will depend on assignments.
- Members will not be allowed to promote other similar platforms or competitors profile or membership at this meeting.
- The members of SME Chamber of India will get 10% discount in the membership fee of the Forum.
- The Forum is an exclusive platform of SME Chamber of India and does not have any direct or indirect associations with any other platform or political parties.
- Delegates should submit their business interest, requirements and proposals before 7 days of the meeting.
- Please submit your specific requirements or genuine business leads or references.
- Please submit your Delegate Registration / Membership Application as per the business sector of your Company, along with a photocopy of Registration Certificate, UDYAM Registration (if available).
- The acceptance or refusal of the membership / registration will be at the sole discretion of the Managing Committee of the Association / Chamber.
- Incomplete Application Form will not be accepted or approved.
- 18% GST is applicable for all the transactions.
- Membership fee is non-refundable and will not be refunded, if it is cancelled by the member or withdrawn by the Association / Chamber for any genuine reasons or whatsoever.
- The members can get opportunities to promote their products and services amongst other members by offering special rates or services.
- The Member should involve in the various activities of the Forum to enhance contacts & explore business cooperation with other members as well as take advantages of the various policies, incentives, schemes, products and other benefits of the Government agencies.

- The third-party assistance or support services will be made available as per the requirements of the member, at a concessional service charge and the charge will depend on case-to-case basis & nature of the assignments.
- The members should investigate or study the background of the buyer, supplier or any other business associates before dealing or signing any contracts with them.
- The Association / Chamber reserves the right to accept or reject the membership applications, participation at the events and other activities as well as acceptance of specific business assignments and proposals.
- The registered members or subscribers or delegates will not be entitled to avail any membership advantages of the Association / Chamber. They should register the membership of the Association / Chamber separately.
- The delegates or members are not entitled to share the list of members or delegates to any third party/ies or any other organisations or competitors.
- The members should follow business ethics, fair business practices & rules, regulations and terms defined for business meetings.
- If any member is having any issues or grievances about the business meetings or finds any lacking or shortcomings through this business meetings / activities, they should immediately inform or write to the sr. executives of the Association / Chamber for necessary action.
- Tamil Nadu Business Forum is an independent networking platform and not having any association or alliance with any other organisations or political party/ies or any other illegal organisations.
- The delegates will get an opportunity to participate in the business meetings/events in other cities – Tamilnadu, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bengaluru & Hyderabad by paying additional fee.
